This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Clippix application. By downloading or using Clippix you agree to this Agreement.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Clippix app on devices you own or control, for your own use.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.
- No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the app or its AI output pipelines.
- No use of the app to build a competing product or service.
3. Ownership
Clippix and all related intellectual property remain ours. This Agreement grants you a licence to use the app, not ownership of it.
4. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach this Agreement. You may end it at any time by deleting the app. On termination you must stop using the app.
