These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Clippix app. By creating an account or using Clippix you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clippix. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos you upload and the clips you create. By using Clippix you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transform your content solely so the app can generate your clips and provide its features to you.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights to any video you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Clippix to:
- Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
- Create or share anything unlawful, harmful, hateful, or that violates others' rights.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
- Resell or redistribute the app or its AI-generated output pipelines.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Clippix offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Your plan includes a monthly clipping allowance. Refunds are handled according to the App Store's policies.
5. AI-generated clips
Clips are produced automatically using AI. While we work to deliver great results, we cannot guarantee that every clip will be accurate or suitable for every use. Please review clips before publishing them.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Clippix running smoothly but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or suspend features to improve the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using Clippix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or our systems.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Clippix is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Clippix after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
